The water lily in the afternoon light seemed to me to be floating under a field of stars.

About Susan Reinberg

My digital diaries and altered states photographs are my way of sharing my personal vision. These images reflect my daily life and surroundings. I would like to range farther in my photographic journeys. But in the meantime, as any photographer knows, the images are at my doorstep.

Lovely and luminous! You have a way with light. It does look like it’s floating in a field of stars. That sparkle on the edge of the lily pad adds a little magical sparkle. The flower petals feel so light and airy. Nice job!

    • Thank you Theresa. I appreciate your comment. I know from your beautiful jewelry designs that we have a similar vision. I almost used the word magical in my caption, but I didn’t want to boast. 🙂

  2. WOW! That’s a home run with bases loaded. I have no idea how you did that. Great job.

    • You are so sweet to say this. I’m a good fielder, but usually not very good at bat. By the way, I used no tricks at all. The image was simply in front of me. No kidding.
