“Frost on the pumpkin” takes on a new connotation with this jack-o’-lantern scarecrow. I think I will cruise by again in the spring to see if the bonnet has been updated for Easter or the noggin has been replaced.

About Susan Reinberg

My digital diaries and altered states photographs are my way of sharing my personal vision. These images reflect my daily life and surroundings. I would like to range farther in my photographic journeys. But in the meantime, as any photographer knows, the images are at my doorstep.

  1. Would this count as multi-tasking? Can one really do two things at once and do them both properly? Hmm, deep thoughts.

Thanks for liking this photo. As for the multi-tasking musings, studies show that in so-called multi-tasking, neither task is done to its optimum. However, it pleases me that you like this photo, since it is such a blatant gotcha in the unspoken Stars and Stripes competition.

I’m thinking that flag has it all over the pumpkin and definitely a stars and stripes contender!!
